At M&N Couture, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order is processed, standard shipping typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or due to carrier delays. We currently ship within the United States (and internationally if applicable). Please allow for additional time for packages to ship internationally. Due to logistical and policy changes- we are not able at this time to offer an accurate timeline of when packages will arrive.

 

Local Delivery Policy: We are pleased to offer local delivery for customers located within a 10-mile radius of our fulfillment location. We are a small business that operates in Portland, ME and are pleased to offer this exclusive shopping experience for our guests. Local deliveries are carried out in a safe and contact-free manner whenever possible. Customers will be notified of delivery timeframe and will receive live updates via email when their package is ready for delivery & delivered.

During checkout, you will have the option to include delivery instructions—please use this section to let us know if you would like your order left in a specific, secure location (such as a front porch, side door, or mailroom) or if you prefer to receive it in person. Packages will be placed in a weather-protected area whenever possible. For high-value or temperature-sensitive items, we recommend requesting direct handoff to ensure optimal handling. Our delivery team is trained to handle all packages with care, and we verify addresses prior to dispatch to help prevent delivery issues.
