Refund policy

At M&N Couture, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality service while protecting the integrity of our small business. Please be mindful, small imperfections in some of our garments are expected, as they are made by hand. Refunds will not be given for garments that have minor imperfections due to the hand customization. "Gross", wholly noticeable imperfections or damage however can be assessed for a refund. Refunds and/or store credit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

• Refunds: You may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tag still attached. Refund will be issued to the original form of payment or guest may request the refund be issued in the form of store credit. 

• Exchanges: We presently do not offer an exchange program. If you are concerned about the size of an item you purchased, you may return it for a refund (granted it is within the 30 days) and re-purchase the item you require.

• Store Credit: After the 30-day window, we offer store credit equal to 20% of the item’s value, provided the item meets the same unworn and tagged condition. 

• Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for refunds, returns, or store credit.

• All purchases made at our pop-up shoppe events (in-person sale) are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit.

• If you have made a purchase via one of our payment options that allow you to make "biweekly" payment through a third-party (Shop Pay- Pay Later, Pay Pal- Pay Later), you must request your refund through them directly. We are unable to modify or initiate any refunds that involve third party payment due to issuances with the payments.

Note: To ensure you receive a full refund, the tag cannot be removed or altered- Doing so will void any and all refunds.

Each return will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and we will do our best to accommodate all our guests. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
